THE OPPORTUNITY:
Senior Staff Accountant
This is a Senior Staff Accountant role for someone who wants stability, ownership, and a place to grow—not job-hop. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll be trusted with core accounting functions across multiple entities and play a key role in close, reporting, and audit readiness.
What you’ll do:
Senior Staff Accountant
- Maintain and update the general ledger across multiple entities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month- and year-end close
- Produce accurate financial statements (BS, IS, etc.)
- Support annual audits by preparing schedules and documentation
- Oversee payroll and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations; initiate and approve ACH/wire payments
- Support the CPA with special projects (investments, owner draws, ad hoc analysis)
WHAT YOU BRING:
Senior Staff Accountant
- 2+ years of related accounting experience
- Strong Quick Books Online knowledge preferred
- Someone who wants a long-term seat—not just the next title
