OMAC Martial Arts is expanding with a new location and is seeking dedicated individuals for a part-time Driver position. This role is essential to our After-School Pickup Program, designed for the convenience of parents and the safety of students. The program operates throughout the school year, and Drivers are crucial to its success.
OMAC Martial Arts is looking for a part-time Driver for our new location opening in August/September 2024. This role involves picking up students from local elementary schools and ensuring their safe transport to our facility.
Responsibilities and Duties- Promptly arriving at each designated school on-route.
- Ensuring that each student is safely and securely seated in the OMAC bus (9-seater van).
- Monitoring and managing safe behavior of students en-route to OMAC's facility.
- Availability Monday-Friday between 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM.
- Possession of a full and active G license in Ontario with a clean driving record.
- Submission of a Vulnerable Sector Check prior to hiring.
- Provision of an MTO Driver's Abstract to demonstrate a clean driving record.
- Experience working with children is an asset.
- Use of company vehicle during working hours with full company insurance coverage.
