Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you control your destiny. Primary tasks include identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers using various tools and methods with support from the organization. Once onboarded, customers transition to our Solutions Team, allowing you to continue finding new customers and earning permanent commissions on every customer you partner with. Your initial goal will be prospecting and cold calling.

As you build your business, you'll establish deep, meaningful, and rewarding relationships with customers based on trust and integrity. These relationships will be lifelong.

While industry experience is not a definitive must, we look for demonstrated prior success in sales and cold calling.

Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an outside sales role – Freight Brokerage/3PL industry a great advantage.
  • Experience in an outside sales role (Non‑negotiable).
  • Ability to build lasting meaningful client relationships (Non‑negotiable).
  • Demonstrated success in sales and cold calling (Non‑negotiable).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or logistics (preferred).
  • Experience in phone, virtual, and face‑to‑face customer interactions.
  • Availability to be “on‑call” when customers require it.
  • Energetic, self‑starting, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industry (asset).
