** A Day in Your Life at MKS:
** As a QC Lab Technician at MKS, you will partner with the analytical lab & production to ensure products are tested and approved before shipment to customers. In this role, you will report to the Tech Center Manager.

** You Will Make an Impact By:
*** Perform routine and specialized tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
* Develop and validate analytical methods for testing and quality control.
* Analyze test results and data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Prepare detailed reports on QC activities, findings, and recommendations.
* Ensure all laboratory activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning.
* Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in QC processes and results.
* Travel Requirements:
Up to 5 % of Travel is required.
** Skills You Bring:
*** Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in a QC laboratory setting.
* Relevant certifications in quality control or analytical chemistry are a plus.
* Strong understanding of analytical chemistry techniques and QC methods.
* Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and issues.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g. Microsoft, SAP)
** Physical Demands and

Working Conditions:

*** Prolonged periods of standing or sitting during testing and analysis.
* Occasionally lift and move laboratory equipment or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
* Work primarily in a laboratory setting with exposure to various chemicals and testing equipment.
* Ability to handle small samples and laboratory tools with precision.## ##

** Compensation:
** Salary Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. This range is a reasonable expectation of pay for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience, education, training, operational and business needs and other considerations.
