About the Role

The Office Assistant Volunteer plays a vital role in ensuring our after-school one-on-one tutoring programs run smoothly. This is a front-facing position where you’ll be welcoming families, assisting students as they transition to and from their sessions, and providing light supervision as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Greet families and answer the door as they arrive
  • Direct students to their assigned classrooms and tutors
  • Guide parents to the waiting area if they choose to stay onsite
  • Provide light supervision while students wait to be picked up after their sessions
  • Support the overall flow of the tutoring space to ensure a safe, welcoming environment
