• Oversee 15-25 active residential projects
• Coordinate scheduling between installation crews and customers
• Ensure quality standards are met on all projects
• Manage customer communication and expectations
• Track project timelines and resolve delays
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections
• Handle warranty claims and customer issues
• Report on project status to management

• 3+ years project management experience (construction preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with project management software and CRM
• Valid G driver's license
• Knowledge of residential construction processes
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

$60K-$85K annually.

Performance Bonus $5K-$15K annually.

Total Package $65K-$100K potential.
