We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Trial Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols.
• Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize study outcomes.
• Proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
• Communicate effectively with internal and stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and facilitate smooth trial processes.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in clinical trial management.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
