• Pay or shift range: $95,000 CAD to $105,000 CAD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

• Evaluating customer's technical requirements and promoting CIMCO products and solutions
• Building estimates on green field or retrofit opportunities, issuing quotations, ensuring proper scope and best pricing is obtained by reviewing drawings, specifications, and coordinating strategy meetings
• Follow up with negotiations with supplier quotations
• Coordinate internal review and communication to ensure proper scope, specifications, descriptions and requirements are transferred effectively to construction, engineering & manufacturing.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives as set out by the Team Lead
• Completion of change notices accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Develop exceptional relationships with key client representatives
• Assist in addressing invoicing and/or receivables concerns where required

• Post-Secondary in Mechanical Engineering (or similar/equivalent technical background)
• 3-5 years working as a project designer on refrigeration systems
• Ability to read, interpret and modify mechanical drawings, specifications and schedules via REVU Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc.
• Ability to design industrial refrigeration systems and select components independently
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships (in-person within Ontario , phone and online communication)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
• Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to work with deadlines and comfort balancing competing priorities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
