• Support the paving crew by preparing work sites, laying asphalt, and operating basic equipment.
• Transport and handle materials such as asphalt, gravel, and tools.
• Help with the setup, maintenance, and operation of paving machinery.
• Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Work alongside skilled laborers to ensure efficient project completion.

• Minimum 2 years of onsite paving or paving construction experience
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Work safely at all times, always keeping in mind the safety of yourself and others.

We offer a salary of $27.00 / hour

Health care plan

Full-time permanent, we guarantee a minimum of 32 hours per week.

At least intermediate oral English proficiency is required.
