Job Description

Our client is actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in project accounting. The successful candidate will have experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting for large projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor project budgets and prepare reports in a timely manner

Assess budget vs actuals for all projects to identify project overages and risks

Prepare progress draws for all projects in a timely manner

Collaborate with project management teams and other departments

Evaluate systems, software, and workflow, and implement process improvements

Qualifications and

Experience:

3+ years of Project Accounting experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software

Advanced Excel skills

High level of organization and detail orientation

Strong communication skills
