We’re seeking a success-driven Senior Accountant to support key accounting functions and contribute to the overall financial strength of our organization. This position offers a blend of hands-on accounting responsibilities, project work, and opportunities for process improvement and growth.

• Perform variance analysis, control, and costing
• Manage Sales, Use, and Payroll tax processes
• Support internal and divisional financial reporting
• Maintain, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts with full documentation and GAAP compliance
• Assist with annual audit preparation and year-end close
• Provide backup support for other senior accountants
• Participate in system enhancements and implementation projects
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting team members

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited program
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable / Payables
• Microsoft Dynamics GP experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, analytical, and a quick learner
