Design and Sales Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Showroom Sales & Design Consultant to provide expert product guidance and design solutions for kitchen and bath projects. This role blends consultative sales, design expertise, and relationship management
, delivering a premium experience to both showroom and in-home customers.

• Provide expert product selection and design consultation to customers in the showroom and at customer locations.
• Deliver an exceptional hospitality-driven experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed established sales and gross profit goals.
• Conduct in-store and in-home kitchen and bath design consultations.
• Clearly articulate the showroom's value proposition to educate, engage, and convert customers.
• Identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, overcome objections, and drive sales forward.
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, features, pricing, and availability.
• Utilize company technology and sales tools for product selection, forecasting, and reporting.
• Follow up on leads and proactively generate new business.
• Manage sales orders, bids, purchasing coordination, and customer engagement through project completion.
• Process returns and refunds in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
• Stay current on design trends and industry developments by attending professional events and associations.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing sales and/or kitchen and bath design.
• Experience working with luxury or high-end products and clientele preferred.
• Strong understanding of kitchen and bath products sold in a showroom environment.
