Role Description

At Galileo, you ll work on a groundbreaking product that is poised to revolutionize the way companies approach evaluating their GenAI applications.

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. This role involves working closely with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting our solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

Main Responsibilities

As an Account Executive at Galileo, you will play a foundational role in developing, building, and scaling our client portfolio.

  • Sales Strategy:
    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Prospecting:
    Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Client Engagement:
    Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how our Gen AI Evaluation and Observability software can address their needs.
  • Presentations and Demos:
    Conduct compelling product presentations and lead demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales activities and revenue achievement.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Relationship Building:
    Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Feedback:
    Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications

We’re looking for an exceptional Account Executive, interested in helping customers solve complex problems at the intersection of Data and ML.

  • Experience:

    5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Sales Acumen:
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
