The primary objective of this role is to support service and customer parts needs. This includes both internal and external customer-facing duties, as well as warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience with inventory management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Research and process parts orders for service and retail customers.
• Assist primary Parts Support via phone and email.
• Invoice retail orders and ensure accurate billing.
• Pick and pack orders for both service and retail needs.
• Handle receiving and shipping duties efficiently.
• Transport products between branches, vendors, or customers as required.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Karmak, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
• Warehouse experience, including order fulfillment and inventory control.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 75 lbs.
