To meet the growing needs of the community, they opened a new 240+ bed hospital in less than 10 years ago.
The hospital is designed with advanced earthquake technology and has one of the best payer mixes in CA.
They have an opening for a true "A" player to spearhead their rapidly expanding Critical Care department.
The Nurse Manager has 24 hour accountability for the day to day operations of the ICU.
Required- Registered Nurse California License.
- ACLS, BLS and PALS.
- 5-7 years of related experience in an acute care setting.
- BSN
- MSN.
- LEAN certification.
