This role is responsible for the full execution of assigned projects from mobilization through punch list and demobilization. The Sr Superintendent oversees multiple Foremen and multiple concurrent projects, with total project values ranging from $100M+. This position owns safety, daily execution, crew performance, cost control, scheduling, quality, and customer relationships in the field.

• Lead jobsite safety with the goal of zero lost time incidents, property damage, or claims.
• Supervise and mentor Foremen, Leadmen, and field crews.
• Perform detailed pre‑planning using HCSS Heavy Job to drive positive job cost variance.
• Ensure correct labor, equipment, materials, and tools are planned and deployed daily.
• Execute daily work plans safely and efficiently while meeting labor and equipment production goals.
• Track quantities, manage timecards, and support accurate billing and reporting.
• Identify extra work, follow formal extra work processes, and secure signed extra work tickets.
• Maintain daily reports, job documentation, and plan sets in digital and field formats.
• Coordinate inspections, utilities, materials, and paving readiness.
• Actively participate in in‑house project meetings and collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers.

• Progressive superintendent experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Experience working on projects $150M+.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and multiple active projects.
• Strong understanding of production, job costing, scheduling, and field execution.
• OSHA training and relevant safety certifications required.
• Comfortable using construction technology including Heavy Job, Plan Grid, and Smart Sheets.
• Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and field credibility.
