Key Responsibilities
* ** Treatment Delivery:
** Provide skilled physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist to help residents regain mobility and independence.
* ** Clinical Documentation:
** Maintain accurate daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports in accordance with PT Board standards.
* ** Interdisciplinary

Collaboration:

** Work closely with nursing staff and assist in training Restorative Aides to ensure continuity of care.
* ** Patient & Family

Education:

** Instruct residents and caregivers on maintenance programs and home exercise routines to facilitate safe discharge planning.
* ** Team Support:
** Participate in care conferences and communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient progress and care plans.
* ** Environment Safety:
** Ensure therapy areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our residents.

Qualifications
* Current, valid
** Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
** in the state of California.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for geriatric rehabilitation.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
