Job Details:

• Work 4, 10-hour shifts with weekend rotation and no on-call requirements

• Occasional float to outpatient surgery may be required

• Provide direct patient care, assessment, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care in acute patient setting

• Deliver holistic and individualized care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors

• Maintain collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers

• CVOR experience required with scrubbing highly recommended

• Minimum 2 years experience with orthopedics, vascular, and robotic surgery required

• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), CA RN License, ACLS

• CNOR and PALS certifications preferred

• Epic charting experience preferred

• Travel experience required

• Previous charge experience preferred

• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing

• 40 hours of orientation required

• Work in 10-bed unit with interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
