Job Summary
Crystal seeks a Seasonal Part-time Boys Volleyball Varsity Assistant Coach
. The Boys Volleyball Varsity Assistant Coach is responsible for the oversight of athletic training, strength and conditioning workouts, and providing technical support and training to athletes, as appropriate to the sport. Coaches have responsibilities not only to the students under their supervision, but also to the parents, the school, and the community.

• Exhibits and mentors the scholar-athletes in good sportsmanship and fair play.
• Attends mandatory coaches’ meetings.
• Monitors the conduct of their scholar-athletes during practices and games.
• Provides a safe environment for the scholar-athletes by checking the playing area and equipment before each practice, and game/competition.
• Prevents injuries through thoughtful, balanced workouts.
• Instructs scholar-athletes in the basic rules and fundamentals of the sport.
