We are seeking a strategic and customer‑obsessed GM of Health Plans and Health System Solutions to own the vision, development, and go‑to‑market success of our Health Plans and Health System solutions. This is a pivotal role that serves as the linchpin between our powerful technology platforms and our expert services organization.
Partnering closely with our Partnerships, Product, Clinical and Finance orgs, the GM owns the strategy, packaging, and commercial success of the integrated solution we sell. You will be responsible for defining how our technology and services come together to solve critical business problems, ensuring our offerings are compelling, differentiated, and profitable.
This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities Solution Strategy & Definition- Directly and indirectly engage with the market to identify and validate needs and solution opportunities for health plans / systems.
- Define and own the solution vision, strategy, and solution roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Create and maintain the "solution blueprint" that articulates the customer's journey, the business problems we solve, and how our specific platform features and service offerings combine to deliver value.
- Develop the business case for new features or solutions, including market sizing, target personas, and revenue projections.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to influence the technology platform roadmap, ensuring it supports the needs of the overall solution.
- Partner with our Network and Clinical teams to define, standardize, and document the services included in the solution, including KPIs, customer SLAs, differentiation, and pricing.
- Work with Pricing and Finance teams to develop compelling and profitable pricing and packaging models for the bundled solution.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop clear and compelling solution positioning, value propositions, and messaging for internal and external audiences.
- Partner with enablement to develop materials, including solution briefs, presentations, battle cards, ROI calculators, and proposal templates.
- Act as the lead subject matter expert (SME) for the solution, supporting the sales and pre‑sales teams on critical sales with customers and prospects.
- Help train the sales, pre‑sales, and customer development teams on the solution's value proposition and delivery model.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the solution, such as revenue, margin, market share, customer adoption, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Establish a continuous feedback loop with customers, sales, product, and clinical teams to gather insights and drive iterative improvements to the solution.
- Manage the entire solution lifecycle, from launch to renewal, making strategic decisions to optimize performance.
- 15+ years of experience in a strategic role within an enterprise B2B technology or health care company. Relevant experience includes product management, product marketing, sales leadership, client development, and/or management consulting.
