• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Provide skilled care (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, catheterization)
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families
• Advocate for your residents and ensure top‑quality, person‑centered care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active Idaho license (or compact)
