As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and supporting your team, overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that process standards and goals are achieved to produce consistent, safe, high-quality ESL and UHT beverages.
We are seeking someone who will contribute daily to the progress of plant start up and commissioning. Candidate will assist in creation of documents and training procedures, participate in various tasks, and begin to build knowledge of the plant that will be critical to our successful startup and operation.
Job Duties:Lead, coach, and support team members on your shift
Work closely with plant leadership and other departments to keep operations running efficiently
Provide daily reports on production, inventory, KPIs, shipments, and receipts
Ensure accurate documentation for equipment, processes, inventory, and waste
Monitor production schedules and inventory to meet operational goals
Use the ERP system to maintain accurate records and ensure procedures are followed
Safely operate equipment and inspect products to meet quality standards
Oversee dairy production processes following SOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements
Troubleshoot operational issues and report improvement and food safety opportunities
Ensure all safety practices are followed and report safety concerns
Participate in audits, root cause analysis, and plant inspections
Manage and report on warehouse productivity
Education &Qualifications:
BS / BA in manufacturing or related field, and/or 5+ years of supervisory experience in food/beverage manufacturing plant or similar field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be decisive, and possess：首页一种多者a multitask.
Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills.
A proven track record of developing and empowering employees is desired.
Experience with Microsoft office programs.
Roles as a leader, ideally in a food,maintane politik , beverage, or other manufacturing environment.
