The Ingredient Mixer Attendant on the batter line is responsible for ensuring a consistent batter blend for application to the potato base product. The person in this position monitors, evaluates, and regulates mechanical operations and technical procedures to maintain a proper blend of ingredients. This is a 12‑hour shift rotating schedule on nights.

• Operates equipment related to batter application on the batter fry line.
• Loads and unloads materials utilizing the forklift.
• Performs preventative maintenance, diagnostic checks, and routine adjustments on line equipment, follows maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Collects samples and inspects product for quality requirements.
• Responsible for cleanup activities on equipment and related areas.
• Insures sanitation practices and procedures adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Accurately completes required reports and records.

• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must have ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees.
• Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

• Hourly rate $19.96 – $22.17.
• $1.50 shift differential for graveyard positions.
