Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1‑hour lunch). Regular full‑time position requiring at least 40 hours per week. On‑site; no telecommuting.

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of office and customer service experience, or equivalent college degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Internet skills, including e‑mail, group messaging, and data collection.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to understand and follow English instructions.
  • Organization, planning, and prioritizing skills.
  • Problem‑solving ability.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Assist with customer service as directed by the office manager.
  • Correspond with customers on purchase orders and related needs.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, orders, and related materials.
  • Process customer POs into the manufacturing system.
  • Maintain customer reports.
  • Prepare job travelers Sauv succession the order closing status in Vantage.
  • Assist with production reporting.
  • Generate new item job packs.
  • Assist with receipt entries.
  • Update changes on job travelers.
  • Assist with month‑end inventory.
  • Enter customer shipment data.
  • Back up the office manager in reporting, entry, shipments, film orders, and scheduling.
  • Perform any other related duties as directed by the office manager or plant manager.
  • Mobility to bend, stoop, or climb stairs occasionally.
  • Pay

    Starting pay: $17.00 per hour,設定 DOE.
