GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T1922) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests in a welcoming way to solve their needs.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and handle processes like price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and fellow team members in a fast-moving, active environment where teamwork and problem solving are key.
• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak times.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; ability to communicate using handheld scanners and other technology; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow multi-step processes, and capacity to stay focused in a busy environment while completing tasks within time frames.

• Capable of handling cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and safely move merchandise, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule with reliable and prompt attendance; able to work in varying temperatures and conditions where applicable.
