Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The member assistant – cart attendant role involves helping maintain a well-kept parking lot, assisting members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You may also help members load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. Expect to be on your feet and on the go, in all weather conditions.

• Ensure a clean, organized shopping environment and parking lot; assist members with purchases and loading vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and maintain a member-ready area.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and assist with cart/flatbed availability and retrieval equipment according to company policies.
• Handle transactions, assist with payments per company policies, and promote company products and services.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, ethics, Open Door Policy, and adapt to changing priorities and feedback.

• Fill club pickup orders by notifying members of delays, offering alternatives when items are unavailable, and ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Maintain safety of facilities through safety sweeps and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with locating and organizing merchandise; zone designated areas; provide transportation help for members; maintain cart availability.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances.
