Purpose Of The Role
A Restaurant cook is responsible for preparing quality food that tastes great and is consistent daily, following Wingstop operational standards. This role is essential to ensure compliance with company standards in all operational areas, including product preparation, maintaining high-quality products and services, and adhering to proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures. The cook must focus on their duties calmly and efficiently.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Maintain an outgoing and positive attitude when dealing with guests. Ensure each guest leaves with a positive impression of Wingstop. Handle orders and inquiries professionally and promptly. Notify the manager of guest issues or complaints and resolve minor issues positively.
- Team Oriented: Collaborate well with team members, support the team, and support safety and sanitation standards. Work efficiently under pressure, listen actively, and assist other positions as needed.
- Process Compliance: Follow safe handling procedures, stay updated on product and procedural changes, and be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant. Accurately prepare orders, manage cooking times, and maintain cleanliness and safety in food preparation and restaurant upkeep.
