Job Description$60.00/hour - Contract RN – PCU Unit - Nights
Texas Health Huguley offers a flexible staffing alternative for RNs on a temporary basis for an assignment with a maximum duration of 13 weeks. Assignments may be extended per original assignment terms but cannot exceed 12 consecutive months total at any one location/facility.

Position And Hourly Rate- Nights: $60.00 + $4.50 = $64.50/hour
- Weekends: $60.00 + $4.50 + $6.00 = $70.50/hour

The Value You'll Bring To The Team- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self‑care strategies.
