RN - ICU - Night Shift

Contract RN - ICU - Day and Night Shift Available - $60 per hour

Position: PRN Contract RN (ICU) with day and night shift availability.

Schedule: PRN

Shift: Day (United States of America)

• Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications accurately and appropriately as ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide patient and family education about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant information to ensure understanding and compliance. Assist physicians with bedside procedures and prepare patients for tests, procedures, and surgeries.

• Associate's of Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
