Hybrid CNC Machinist​/Fabrication Technician

Overview

ISC MFG is an ETO (Engineer-to-Order) fabrication shop who specializes in bulk material handling equipment and we are looking for a hands-on, adaptable team member to join our crew. This is a hybrid role with a primary focus on CNC machining, but with opportunities to contribute across multiple areas of our shop.

• Set up and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes for low-volume, custom production.
• Work from provided models and drawings to produce precision parts.
• Programming in Fusion 360 is a plus, but not required.
• Help out in other areas of the shop — such as welding, cutting, forming, assembly, or equipment maintenance — based on your skills and experience.

We’re looking for someone who has some level of skill or experience in these areas and is open to learning more. We’re happy to train where needed.
