Texas Health Huguley- operates as a joint venture between Texas Health Resources and Advent Health.
Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-3

The CVO Credentials Coordinator provides essential verification and quality control functions to support the West Florida Region's goals for credentialing health care providers while ensuring adherence to corporate, legal, regulatory and delegated requirements. Ensures all duties are performed in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and compliant with professional, regulatory and legislative requirements.
The value you'll bring to the team:- Populates, updates, and verifies the correctness and completeness of database information on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinates and provides administrative support for processing, verifying, and maintaining credentialing information for new applicants and re-applicants to all hospital sites.
- Performs and tracks primary source and other required verifications for all applicants according to established policies and procedures.
- Responds to customer inquiries and resolves problems within established policies and procedures.
Minimum qualifications :
- High School Grad or Equiv
- 3 in medical staff services, CVO, managed care credentialing or healthcare related experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS)
- Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM)
