Bio Life Plasma Services – Burleson, TX

Hourly Wage $16.00 + comprehensive benefits including medical/dental, 401(k) match, paid time off and paid vacation.

Plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support for our Plasma Donation Center. Report to the Plasma Center Manager.

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk, stand and lift to 5 lbs; occasional lifting up to 32 lbs (rarely 50 lbs).
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception and hearing from a distance.
• 1+ years experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.
