Physical Therapist

Overview

AVIR Health Group is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to join our family. We seek a resident- and family-focused PT who is a team builder and excited about helping to shape a positive facility culture. We value strong collaboration, effective communication, and the ability to implement programs that aid customers and referral sources in the evaluation and development of physical therapy treatment programs.

Newly licensed PTs are welcome to apply.

• Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to develop and implement PT treatment programs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and referral sources to support evaluation, planning, and program development.
• Contribute to building a positive facility culture and strong team dynamics.

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current license/registration by the state of hire as a Physical Therapist.
