Job Summary

BSW Rehab Burleson is seeking a full‑time physical therapist to join our clinical team consisting of 3 PT/1 OT. We provide high‑quality care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including general orthopedics, sport‑related injuries, work‑related injuries, and post‑surgical conditions. Clinicians demonstrate solid manual therapy skills, good communication, thrive in a team environment, and are motivated, innovative, organized, and autonomous. Mentorship is available and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work

Schedule

Shift hours are variable. Clinic hours are: 7 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Thursday and 7 AM – 2 PM on Friday. Early and/or late shifts are required.

Responsibilities
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient case load average: 10–12 patients per day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
  • Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promote continuous quality improvement
  • Instruct and counsel patients/families as needed
Qualifications
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist (required)
  • Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion within first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
