Financial Center Consultant I - Burleson

. We are looking for a teller to support members through transactions and provide guidance on our products and services. This is a part‑time opportunity for you to develop lifelong members and contribute to a vibrant community.
- Deliver great member experiences and thrive on personal interaction.
- Provide a comprehensive service and sales experience, exceeding monthly sales goals.
- Perform teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and resolve operational issues.
- Initiate and support marketing initiatives within the branch.
- Build exceptional rapport with members and provide excellence in service.
- Handle lobby coverage: greet members, answer calls, and direct members to appropriate staff.
- One to two years minimum experience in a retail or financial environment with an excellent service record.
- Daily cash handling with the ability to balance without overages or shortages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to converse comfortably with members.
- Enthusiasm, professionalism, high ownership and accountability.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good listener, approachable, problem‑solving, and empathetic.
- Relevant computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- English required; bilingual Spanish preferred – read, write, and speak Spanish.
- Full‑time availability:
Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑6:15 pm and Saturday 8:30 am‑1:30 pm. - Opportunity to earn monthly incentives.
- Good credit history; background, employment, criminal, and drug screening will be conducted.
