Job Title

Entertainment Associate – Wal‑Mart #5227, 6000 BURKE COMMONS RD, BURKE, VA, 22015, US.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $29.00/hr the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.

Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer them assistance. They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and ensure entertainment displays are maintained throughout the day.
