Assist the Department Manager in organizing work, staffing, training and scheduling associates.;
Respond to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, accidents and questions in a prompt, tactful and professional manner.;
Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage ordering and balance on hand in the Department Manager's absence.;
Perform and direct others in pricing and displaying merchandise, maintaining signage and proper stock rotation.;
Support implementation of company programs and policies, and help manage department budgets and goals.
