• Practice location will be at CHI Memorial Hospital
  - Hixson in Hixson, TN.
• Clinical excellence:
  Providing high quality compassionate patient-centered Urologic care. This Urologist will play a key role in the expansion of the state-of-the art Urology program.

  Focus on providing appropriate, compassionate, and state-of-the art surgical and medical care for our patients. Our staff and surgeons comprise a dedicated and collaborative team that support each other and work together to create a positive work environment.
• Flexible schedule options:
  Weekly schedule will include outpatient clinics, outpatient procedures, and operative cases. On-call responsibilities will include call at Memorial Hospital Hixson, Chattanooga, and North Georgia with equitable rotation with peers.

  Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Breast Surgical Oncology, Endocrinology, Gynecology, Infectious Disease, Integrative Medicine, General & Laparoscopic Surgery, Geriatrics, Metabolic & Weight Loss Surgery, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Thoracic Surgery, Urology, and Vascular Surgery

• BE/BC;
  American Board of Urology (ABU)
• Urologic subspecialty training, experience, and/or interest is a plus but not required.
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Tennessee
• Ability to obtain a DEA
• da Vinci Robotic surgical experience is preferred
