Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate machinery to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and production run sheets
• Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and safety checks
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality throughout production
• Assist with packing, stacking, and transporting finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

• What We're Looking For

• Prior machine operating experience (cold heading, threading, pointing preferred)
• Ability to use measurement tools: micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, rulers, etc.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to read blueprints, job orders, and safety documentation
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a high-noise environment
• Comfortable with manual material handling and repetitive motions
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Good vision and depth perception to meet precision standards
