Overview

Crunch Fitness is a No Judgment Gym that believes in making serious exercise fun by fusing fitness and entertainment. We are seeking dynamic Personal Trainers to join our team and inspire others on their fitness journeys. Our No Judgments philosophy fosters a diverse and inclusive environment.

• Compensation: $17.87 - $67/hour plus bonuses/commissions; income potential up to $100k for performance-based roles.

• Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients  goals, health status, and fitness levels.
• Develop personalized workout programs and demonstrate proper exercise techniques.
• Motivate and guide clients to achieve goals; monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and training techniques; maintain a clean, organized workout environment.
• Promote Crunch Fitness programs and challenges to encourage member participation; uphold customer service standards.
• Follow all policies and maintain required certifications.

• Current CPR certification.
• NCCA-accredited primary Personal Trainer Certification (new hires have up to 60 days to complete).
• Degree in related field preferred but not required; or degree in lieu of certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal training experience preferred but not required; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; baseline computer skills for managing email and timecards.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude; physical ability to perform duties (lift up to 50 pounds, etc.).
• Must be able to participate in a diverse, inclusive work environment.
