Rate Range :
Up to $96/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have

• 10+ years full stack software engineering experience
• Strong coding in Python, Type Script, Node.js, Go, or similar
• Cloud platforms. AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Microservices and distributed systems architecture
• CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, AI agents, or prompt workflows
• Databases. SQL, No

• Technical documentation and architecture diagrams

• Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development
• Build thin, end-to-end implementations to validate emerging technologies
• Translate abstract ideas into scalable technical solutions
• Drive automation and developer productivity initiatives
• Partner with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
• Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of high-quality code
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement

• Deep experience in systems architecture and platform design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
