Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote:Hybrid (4 days a week Onsite)
Duration : 4 months
Rate Range :
Up to $96/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have
- 10+ years full stack software engineering experience
- Strong coding in Python, Type Script, Node.js, Go, or similar
- Cloud platforms. AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Microservices and distributed systems architecture
- CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment
- Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, AI agents, or prompt workflows
- Databases. SQL, No
SQL, object, or graph - Technical documentation and architecture diagrams
- Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development
- Build thin, end-to-end implementations to validate emerging technologies
- Translate abstract ideas into scalable technical solutions
- Drive automation and developer productivity initiatives
- Partner with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
- Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of high-quality code
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement
- Deep experience in systems architecture and platform design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
