• 8 or more years of experience in Java EE and Spring multi-tier enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud architectures for cloud-native microservices.
• Experience with RESTful web services using Hibernate, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, and SOA principles.
• Experience with frontend frameworks including React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Experience in Kafka, event streaming platforms, and ESB/API gateway integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Tomcat, and Web Logic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and direction across all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Mentor team members and act as the primary resource for resolving complex technical challenges.
• Translate intricate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical system designs.
• Perform comprehensive technical assessments of existing systems to optimize performance and security.
• Enforce coding standards and architectural principles to ensure high‑quality solution delivery.
• Drive the adoption of Agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD methodologies to improve iterative delivery.
