Edit By Nine is seeking an experienced Trade Show Sales Associate with a background in apparel wholesale and fashion trade shows.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and confident in working with retail buyers and converting leads into sales.
This role involves attending major U.S. fashion trade shows, building relationships with buyers, and managing orders using our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Edit By Nine at apparel trade shows across the U.S. (Las Vegas, Dallas, Nashville, New York, etc.)
- Assist with trade show preparation, booth setup, and breakdown
- Engage with buyers and retail clients to generate and close sales
- Process and manage trade show orders using N41 ERP
- Maintain organized records of leads, buyers, and orders
- Follow up with buyers after trade shows to secure additional orders
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesale accounts
- Stay knowledgeable about garment construction, fabrics, and current fashion trends
- Minimum 3 years of apparel wholesale experience
- Experience working at fashion trade shows required
- Experience with N41 ERP (or similar system) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to travel and work weekends during trade shows
- English required / Spanish a plus
- Candidates with MAGIC, Dallas Market, or NY trade show experience strongly preferred
$22 – $30 per hour (DOE)
Equivalent to approximately $45,760 – $62,400 annually based on full-time hours.
