Merchandiser - Floral (Part-Time)

We are looking for a Flower Merchandiser to join Falcon Farms Inc, a recognized leader in floriculture, to bring color and joy to our customers’ lives through beautiful floral arrangements. As a Flower Merchandiser, you will impact every store you visit by ensuring flowers are displayed to delight shoppers.

You will receive a planned route and the tools needed to succeed on each visit.

• Pay: $19.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.
• Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees.

• Daily Commitment:
  Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
  Prepare stores for key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Department Resets:
  Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
  While working independently, support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
