The Green Room is a bespoke speakeasy perched above Burbank, offering an intimate, elevated dining and cocktail experience with sweeping views of Los Angeles. We’re seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our high-performing team, grow revenue, and set the standard for sophisticated service.

As the Manager, you will be the driving force behind operations, service, and financial performance. You’ll bring proven expertise in fine dining and beverage innovation, coupled with the leadership skills to inspire a passionate team. This is a rare opportunity to helm one of the most exclusive restaurant experiences in the region.

Pay

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Lead all aspects of daily operations, guest service, and brand experience.
• Grow sales and profitability through strategic programming, events, and innovation.
• Control prime costs while maintaining luxury standards.
• Build, train, and mentor a team that delivers impeccable hospitality.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage leaders on creative, market-leading offerings.
• Be the face of The Green Room—driving loyalty, reputation, and growth.

• 5+ years as a senior leader in high-volume fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• A track record of success in growing sales and managing operations.
• Deep knowledge of fine dining service, beverage programs, and guest experience.
• Financial expertise with proven results in cost control and profitability.
• A hands-on, inspiring leadership style that motivates teams and delivers results.
• Passion, creativity, and presence to elevate The Green Room brand.

The Green Room is open Thursday-Sunday 5:30pm-12am. The 5th day would be an administrative day.
