As a Cold Station Cook, you will prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts, or prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant. You will stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained for guest safety.
