A key component of this position is to improve workflow, implementing standard work and instill continuous improvement through problem‑solving methodology. Participation and cooperation with corporate strategic programs and other Wencor businesses.

• Repair and/or assemble small aircraft components that require precise placement.
• Assist the Assembly Supervisor as required.
• Order parts for repairs and assemblies.
• Use hand tools and shop power tools.
• Read blueprints and manuals.
• Perform testing and interpret results.
• Assemble complex components that require precise placement.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
