Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 2+ years of pallet jack experience
• Prior experience in screen printing production
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight
• Strength and stamina - lift up to 25 lbs. and stay on your feet
• Team player who shows up, works safe, and gets it done

• Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smoothly
• Watch for problems, troubleshoot quickly, and keep production on track
• Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark
• Handle setups, adjustments, and minor repairs when needed
• Load, unload, and transport materials using a pallet jack
• Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
