Building Maintenance, Installation Technician
Job Description
As a Fire Large Projects Foreman, you will lead the installation of fire life safety systems on large commercial projects. Your responsibilities include managing field crews, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.
Work Schedule:
- Hours may vary. Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts (if needed).
Your main responsibilities are to:
- Conduct final inspections
- Review project documents, and ensure all reporting and billing are accurate.
- Read the blueprints and installation drawings to direct the scope of work, troubleshoot system issues, and make sure everyone follows company and safety standards.
- Manage our inventory and vehicle maintenance, onboard new team members, and promote punctuality and consistent attendance within the team.
